Engraved Items

Our engraved jewelry is customized and personalized just for you, these are permanent pieces and cannot be refunded. If there is an issue or our team made a mistake with your order please contact us.

Non-Engraved Items

Jewelry items that are not engraved can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will be processed 2-3 days after we receive your package.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges on non personalized items, or a resize on a personalized and non personalized items. Resizing or exchanges may require a $8.00-$12.00 rework fee depending on the materials needed, this includes shipping back to you with tracking. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Exchanges will be processed 2-3 days after we receive your package.

Warranty

Please let us know of damages during shipping or any kind of "break" in a jewelry piece. We will be more than happy to fix or replace a defective piece within 60 days. We do offer repairs for a small fee after 60 days.

Mistakes

Engraved pieces are permanent, they cannot be re-engraved but we understand mistakes can happen! If you made an error on your order, we do have rework options, please contact us. If we made the mistake we will remake your order free of charge.
